Market Update-Alexandria City, Arlington and Fairfax County-May 2016.
The real estate market had a very strong showing for the month of May. We experienced lower inventory levels through most zip codes but home sales were very strong across most of those same zip codes in the NOVA markets. DOM (days on market) saw significant reductions while the median sales price remained fairly stable.
